Panorama photography landscape picture of Námafjall ridge, Iceland. The ridge colour starts as a mixture of browns and greys becoming sandy and red towards the foot. The colours are caused by the geothermal activity heating the ground. At the foot of the ridge are the blues and whites of geothermal pools producing clouds of white vapours.

The pastel coloured Námafjall Ridge in Iceland shows the extensive geothermal activity. The area is dotted with sulphur and hot mud pools together with steaming vents.
